• Medium Size Homes: 2-3 bedroom houses.

• Long Distance Moves: When the travel time is substantial, you want the loading/unloading to be done as fast as possible to keep the total hours down.

• Challenging Access: Moves involving stairs (e.g., apartment buildings without elevators), long hallways, or challenging terrain.

• Inventory Volume: Moves with a high quantity of belongings, or a lot of heavy items (e.g., gym equipment, heavy antique furniture, specialty equipment).
